Evergreen Devco, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead the Retail Leasing Team. The role focuses on leasing and merchandising a growing retail portfolio across Arizona, California, Colorado, and Utah, reporting to the Principal of Retail Leasing.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of retail leases, deal structuring, and negotiation, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and travel to core markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance or business administration strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leasing retail real estate.
• Experience leading LOI and legal document reviews and negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing efforts for diverse retail developments from ground-up to anchored centers.
• Draft and negotiate LOIs and lease agreements with tenants.
• Coordinate with legal counsel through lease negotiations.
• Develop tenant mix strategies and merchandising concepts.
• Review financial statements to assess tenant creditworthiness.
• Maintain accurate transaction and pipeline reports.
• Represent the Retail Leasing Team at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with development, construction, and acquisitions teams.
