Job summary

Evergreen Devco, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to lead our Retail Leasing Team. The role will oversee leasing for a growing portfolio of retail developments across the West, with a focus on Colorado and Phoenix markets.

The position requires strong negotiation, market analysis, and coordination with development and legal teams. Travel to core markets and professional events is required to support leasing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance or business administration strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leasing retail commercial real estate, including LOI and negotiation experience.
• Ability to independently manage transactions from prospect discussions through lease execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing for diverse retail developments including anchored centers and multi-tenant projects.
• Draft and fully negotiate Letters of Intent with tenants and buyers.
• Manage legal counsel through lease negotiations and document review.
• Review financial statements and credit reports to assess tenant strength and creditworthiness.
• Coordinate with development, construction and acquisition teams on project details.
• Maintain transaction summaries, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
