Job summary

Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Leasing to serve as the primary point of contact for leasing matters on a defined subset of properties in Southern California and Phoenix. The AVP will report to the Regional SVP, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with agents and outside counsel.

Based in the Southern California office, this market-facing role requires 3–5 years in CRE leasing, a bachelor's degree, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in commercial real estate, accounting or finance with direct exposure to commercial leasing.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, real estate, marketing, finance or a business-related field preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with company personnel at all levels.
• Must have lease transaction experience (industrial or office preferred).
• Must have high energy as well as strong analytical and technical skills.
• Travel of approximately 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned market/properties.
• Negotiate LOIs, leases and lease renewals with guidance from SVP and outside counsel.
• Attend market events relevant to assets/geography covered.
• Represent Link to the brokerage community and broader marketplace.
• Participate in the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process.
• Assist other Link team members in gathering market intelligence.
• Coordinate with the local operations team on reporting and tasks.
• Mentor/train junior staff.
