Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail or related field.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to meet performance goals and business priorities.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team and customers to meet priorities and deliver exceptional service.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations with leadership and People partners as appropriate.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategy across functional areas and store-wide.
• Maintain company policies, protect assets, and perform other tasks as needed.
• Foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values in daily activities.
