• Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by engaging with team members and customers to meet priorities.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership when appropriate.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to drive store performance in assigned areas.
• Maintain and uphold company policies and protect assets and information.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support store operations.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and modeling inclusive leadership.
