Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team (including Managers) to achieve performance and developmental goals.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Actively participate in Floor Leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and meet business priorities.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalations with leadership and People partners as appropriate.
• Drive business priorities by planning and executing the store's operational strategy across all functions.
• Uphold company policies and protect assets, including confidential information.
