Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer in Atlanta seeks a Senior General Manager to shape the guest experience, coach the team, and exceed sales targets with operational excellence. You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, manage day-to-day store activities, and participate in weekly leadership calls.

The role emphasizes accountability for store performance, customer and employee experience, and driving high-performance results in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
