Job summary

Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead a Verizon Wireless store, coaching the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll drive sales, mentor your Assistant General Manager, and participate in weekly leadership calls while maintaining store operations and compliance.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage scheduling, and align the team with Victra’s vision. This hourly role offers performance incentives and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: select, hire, and develop top talent for the store.
• Own store performance and ensure staffing, scheduling, and labor controls support goals.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service targets.
• Customer focus: resolve escalations and deliver complete solutions to guests.
• Relationship building: collaborate with district GMs and store leaders to share best practices.
• Change and strategic thinking: pilot sales tools and initiatives and drive traffic.
• Inspirational leadership: act as brand advocate and communicate objectives to the team.
