Victra is seeking a Senior General Manager to lead a Verizon store in Atlanta. You will coach the team, drive sales targets, and maintain exceptional guest and employee experiences while aligning with company vision.

Expect leadership development for your Assistant General Manager and participation in weekly leadership calls. This hourly role emphasizes accountability for all store functions, inventory discipline, and strategic execution that elevates performance in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and bring in the best talent.
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals.
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions to keep growing as a leader.
