Job summary

Onebeat is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead (Fashion & Apparel) to own end-to-end customer implementations from discovery to adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into actionable plans, and drive milestones to successful go-live and stabilization.

The role demands deep knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory processes, with a hands-on delivery mindset and a proven track record of delivering complex retail

Qualifications

• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of fashion and apparel retail processes and systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex retail software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Build and manage detailed project plans with milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, manage scope changes, and escalate as needed.
• Lead customer and internal project meetings; track actions and decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales on discovery, workshops, and handoff from pre-sales to implementation.
• Translate customers’ planning, merchandising, allocation and inventory needs into functional requirements.
