Job summary

Persona is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations for a growing fashion and e-commerce business. This role will oversee customer service operations, production coordination, inventory planning, and operational processes while working closely with marketing and other teams to ensure scalability.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in customer success or campaign operations, is fluent in English, and comfortable working US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer success, account management, or campaign operations.
• Fluent in English and able to work U.S. business hours.
• Familiarity with performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, CVR etc.).
• Technically curious with tracking links, pixels, or postbacks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service operations, handling returns and refunds promptly.
• Coordinate production planning, stock reporting, and inventory forecasting.
• Improve SOPs and establish clear ownership across teams.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and product launches.
• Support scalable operations as the business grows.
