Job summary

VoCoVo is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Manager in Texas to own end-to-end customer implementations, aligning scope, timeline and outcomes. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality results and manage risks effectively.

This hybrid role requires strong delivery management experience across hardware and software in retail, excellent stakeholder communication, and a bias for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Deep delivery management experience in hardware/software retail environments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery projects.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans.
• Adhere to structured PM processes for consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects per client specs, schedules and quality procedures.
• Provide early risk visibility from third parties and suppliers.
• Support PMO to ensure client requirements and objectives are met.
• Develop plans and deliverable schedules for multiple projects.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation actions.
• Monitor progress and adjust for key dates and KPIs.
• Review quotes and ensure proper commercial terms with finance.
• Lead stakeholder review meetings and drive action items.
• Analyze CSAT/NPS to improve customer experience and delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement using delivery data and feedback.
