Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is hiring a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that is remote for US-based candidates, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will oversee discovery through go-live, own project plans and risks, translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions, and run customer workshops and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail software implementations at customer sites.
• Deep knowledge of fashion and apparel retail processes (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment).
• Ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
• Willingness to travel 30%+ across US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
