Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Sr. Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations for 11 Class A office buildings totaling 700,000+ sf in the Bay Area. This on-site role partners with client leadership to deliver white-glove service and exceptional workplace environments.

You will manage maintenance, vendor relations, budgets, and strategic initiatives across regions, travel to Palo Alto as needed, and mentor Facilities Managers to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in facilities/operations.
• 5–8 years of facilities, operations, or property management experience.
• Proven people-management and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership to Facilities Managers and teams.
• Travel within Northern California portfolio to support operations.
• Drive performance across maintenance, vendor management, workplace services.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues across distributed portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic facility operation plans and budgets.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
