CBRE seeks a Sr. Regional Facilities Manager to lead facilities operations across a Bay Area portfolio of 11 Class A office buildings, totaling 700,000+ sq ft. This on-site role includes periodic travel to Palo Alto, partnering with client leadership, and driving hospitality-driven, white-glove service.

Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential. You will guide maintenance, vendor management, and workplace services while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading facilities teams and managing budgets.
• Willingness to travel Northern California for operations, client meetings, site inspections, and leadership initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior-level leadership to Facilities Managers and teams.
• Travel within Northern California portfolio to support operations and client engagement.
• Oversee facilities operations, vendor relationships, and capital projects across multiple locations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, variance reporting, and expenditures across sites.
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor on facilities strategy and performance.
• Lead safety, compliance, and facilities best-practices across portfolio.
