Qualifications

• Ability to work with autonomy with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driver's License including a favorable driving record.
• Ability to be present and working in stores as early as 7:30AM Monday - Friday.
• Availability to work during weeks leading up to holidays/big game.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship-building skills with contacts in territory.
• Ability to use statistics to analyze category performance.
• Previous selling, merchandising or customer service experience preferred.
• Genuine interest in sales and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance field customer relationships.
• Execute sales and shelving strategies to meet revenue and share targets.
• Ensure effective execution of customer agreements and enable programs.
• Maintain communication with agency counterparts for alignment on retail priorities.
• Collaborate with Account Leads and team leadership to maximize growth opportunities.
