LaSalle Network is seeking a Retail Distribution Director to lead a 1M+ sq ft retail support center near Harrisburg, PA. You will oversee ~450 employees with potential growth to 600, directing multi-shift operations and driving performance across service, productivity, inventory, safety and costs.

This role requires a visible, authentic leader who can develop a strong leadership team, engage retailers, and improve retention and training programs while aligning across shifts and senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large-scale distribution center or warehouse operation with comparable workforce and scope.
• Experience developing supervisors and managers to enhance succession planning.
• Strong people leadership with an authentic, visible, team-oriented style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance of a 1.1 million sq. ft. retail support center with ~450 employees, expanding to 600.
• Direct 10–12 direct reports across a multi-shift operation and management layers.
• Drive service, productivity, inventory, safety, labor, expense and other key metrics.
• Build, develop and retain a strong management team and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence by walking the floor and engaging with staff daily.
• Strengthen onboarding, training and development programs for staff and leaders.
• Improve communication and alignment across shifts, especially between first and second shifts.
• Identify operational issues early and implement structure, accountability and follow-through.
