• Partner closely with business, UX/UI, engineering, and store teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, risks, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead the entire product delivery process, from initial discovery phases through rollout and continuous improvement.
