Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Digital to lead a team of product managers and drive the strategy, evolution, and performance of digital products across our retail ecosystem.

You will own a defined product domain, set priorities, manage investments, and partner across business and technology teams to deliver capabilities that enhance the customer experience and drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive Product Management experience in retail/ecommerce or consumer-facing business.
• Proven people leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic and commercial product leadership with roadmaps and investments.
• Experience managing product budgets, forecasts, ROI, and tradeoffs.
• Experience leading third-party vendors and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Management team with clear goals and performance metrics.
• Set product strategy and roadmaps for digital capabilities aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with Brand and enterprise leaders to balance brand needs with enterprise standardization.
• Define outcomes and success measures using analytics, VOC, and retail insights.
• Manage budgets and investments, collaborate on business cases and ROI.
• Lead vendor and technology partner relationships with clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Drive cross-functional governance and visibility across teams and vendors.
• Incorporate seasonality and promotional calendars into product planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital customer experience and commercial metrics.
• Evaluate AI and emerging tech opportunities in digital commerce.
• Establish performance reporting cadence for executive updates and QBRs.
• Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across the product portfolio.
• Mentor Product Managers and evolve the Product Operating Model.
