Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, articulate the product vision, analyze feedback, measure impact, and balance speed with quality in a fast-changing retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with full search stack from user experience to platform.
• Ability to facilitate communication between business, product, design, and tech teams.
• Experience in an agile environment (user stories, Scrum, sprints, personas).
• Ability to drive a backlog with cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills.
