Job summary

The role requires designing with design thinking, guiding agile processes, and driving adoption across platforms and partners. A strong record of achieving business outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or related technology roles.
• Experience with digital commerce platforms and technology integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital product roadmaps, priorities, and feature portfolios balancing business value, insights, and delivery effort.
• Establish product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks guiding investments and outcomes.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives for planning, development, testing, deployment and adoption of digital capabilities.
• Apply design thinking with user stories, wireframes, prototyping, and testing to define requirements.
• Oversee agile processes: backlog, sprints, release planning, and issue management.
• Analyze product performance and business outcomes to improve adoption and experience.
• Ensure alignment between roadmaps, architecture, platform capabilities, and operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to meet customer needs and objectives.
