Job summary

Rysun Labs Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager with retail domain expertise to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive customer-focused solutions across merchandising, inventory, e-commerce and store operations.

You will own requirements, write PRDs and user stories, manage backlogs, collaborate with Engineering, Design and QA, and measure success with KPIs and customer feedback. This role offers flexible work options and the chance to impact multi-channel retail products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Product Management or related role.
• Hands-on product management experience in the retail industry.
• Experience roadmapping, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong Agile/Scrum understanding and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Gather requirements from retail stakeholders and customers.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate sprint planning.
• Work with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver enhancements.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
• Lead product demos, UAT, release planning and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve retail operations and CX.
• Collaborate across merchandising, inventory, e-commerce, and store ops.
• Maintain product documentation and communicate roadmaps, risks, dependencies.
