Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, supporting large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing complex projects and coordinating architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, milestone tracking, progress reporting, and cost control, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills to lead teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers and suppliers to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and manage critical activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied consistently across projects.
• Prepare formal project status reports and other required documentation.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects and ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Coordinate interfaces with suppliers through regular reviews and trackers.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and provide cost control input.
