Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodel and construction programs. This remote role requires travel to sites and overseeing project teams, budgets, and schedules. Experience in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is preferred.

You will manage client communications, coordinate subcontractors, and drive continuous improvement across projects while upholding Sevan’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• 7-10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors
• Expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is highly preferred.
• Procore and Smartsheets proficiency; PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting in alignment with Sevan’s standards and best practices.
• Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Conduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Sevan in client and project meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success.
