Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for High-End Retail Construction to join a veteran-owned team delivering retail and restaurant programs nationwide.

The role leads construction execution, coordinating general contractors, designers and vendors from planning through closeout, with travel up to 50% regionally. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Construction Management, 15+ years of multi-site retail experience, and certifications such as PMP/ CCM.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
• 15+ years of related experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience managing multi-site projects in retail or high-end retail regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction programs from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Coordinate with general contractors, designers, vendors, and clients to execute projects.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality, and safety; manage change orders and closeouts.
• Travel up to 50% regionally to sites in the U.S. Northeast.
