Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodels within the program management team.

The role is remote-based with travel to project locations as needed, requiring expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC. The position focuses on delivering construction projects on time and within budget while maintaining client satisfaction across retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC preferred.
• Procore and Smartsheets proficiency.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting in alignment with Sevan’s standards and best practices.
• Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Conduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Sevan in client and project meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success.
