Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodel and construction programs.

You will provide construction project management across refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, with travel to job sites as needed in a remote-based role. You will support proposals, budgets, schedules, coordinate teams, manage client communications, and oversee contractors from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise within refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is highly preferred.
• Procore and Smartsheets proficiency; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting in alignment with Sevan’s standards and best practices.
