Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for high-end retail construction to lead multi-site programs from planning through completion.

The PM will oversee general contractors, designers, and vendors, acting as an extension of the owner’s team to ensure delivery on time and within scope. Responsibilities include on-site project management, budgeting, scheduling, safety audits, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 15+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in multi-site project management within retail/high-end retail on regional or national scale.
• PM certification such as PMP/CCM/OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and facility projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for successful execution.
• Monitor progress, schedules, costs, quality, and safety; manage change orders and issues.
