Job summary

Sevan Multi‑Site Solutions seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodels and construction programs. You will manage projects within the Grocery/Retail sectors, prioritizing refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, or vertical mobility facets, while traveling to sites as needed.

The role requires 7–10+ years in construction management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 7-10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise within refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in construction project management, with strong knowledge of all phases from preconstruction through closeout.
• Exceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels.
• Proficiency in Procore and Smartsheets.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third‑party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting in alignment with Sevan's standards and best practices.
• Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery.
• Conduct project kickoffs and lessons‑learned reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Sevan in client and project meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success.
