Qualifications

• Experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods and clientele.
• Ability to develop and grow a cultivated client base.
• Open availability for a seven-day-a-week operation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Build relationships with clients and manage communications in line with James Perse.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals, and merchandise presentation.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects as required.
• Open and close the store and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Leverage local market knowledge of clientele and competitors.
• Participate in events and projects (e.g., sample sales, inventory).
• Adhere to store and company procedures while sustaining client experience.
