Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Senior Retail AI Solutions Specialist to bridge store operations with AI-enabled solutions. You will identify opportunities, design AI workflows and prompts, and lead pilots to scale impactful implementations.

You’ll partner with Operations, IT, BI, Training, Finance, Marketing, and field leadership to drive adoption and measure ROI. The role reports to the Vice President of Retail Strategy and Innovation and emphasizes business problems over coding,

Qualifications

• Five or more years in retail operations, business transformation, product management, process improvement, analytics, sales enablement, innovation, technology adoption, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business problems and design practical solutions.
• Experience working directly with frontline employees, field leaders, customer-facing teams, or distributed operations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities by spending time with associates and leaders to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Design AI-enabled workflows, prompts, and guardrails aligned with business needs.
• Lead pilots, collect feedback, and drive adoption with training approaches.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption and ROI.
• Present findings to senior leadership and move pilots to enterprise-wide implementation.
