Qualifications

8–12 years in client-facing roles (e.g., account management, consulting, pre-sales).
Prior experience working with or selling to Retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods clients is a must.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics solutions.
Experience managing minimum $10M accounts or portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders in leading Retail and consumer organizations.
Own the revenue and growth targets for one or more retail accounts.
Lead account planning, mining, and farming activities.
Act as a trusted partner by understanding business strategy, customer behavior, supply chain dynamics, and AI/data analytics capabilities.
Collaborate with data analytics/engineering and presales teams to define AI/ML, data, and analytics solutions.
Partner with GTMs and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
Serve as escalation point and ensure SLAs are met.
Support new business development via proposals, SOWs, and pitches.
Develop AI-led value propositions for the Retail vertical.
