Highground in Naples, FL is seeking a Lead Technician to lead a team of technicians and oversee restoration projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will model professionalism, follow SOPs, and deliver excellent customer service on every site.

The role involves hands-on demolition, moisture-drying documentation, and clear communication with the In-Home Sales Specialist. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• 1-2 years experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation or carpentry preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team to manage restoration projects from start to finish.
• Enforce SOPs and safety on all job sites.
• Conduct demolition using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Document moisture readings with meters and log progress.
• Coordinate with In-Home Sales Specialist for added services.
• Operate company vehicle in accordance with laws and policies.
• Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality service.
