Job summary

This role demands an energetic individual ready to inspect, present, and close restoration projects. You will play a crucial role in generating revenue and will be evaluated based on your success in closing rates and margins.

The ideal candidate should have over three years of experience estimating restoration projects, work well under pressure, and exhibit great communication skills. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating water and mold projects.
• Understand IICRC standards (WRT preferred).
• Be comfortable discussing five-figure projects.

Responsibilities

• Inspect water, mold, and fire losses.
• Build accurate mitigation and remediation scopes.
• Present scope and pricing confidently in person.
• Participate in weekly sales reviews with leadership.

Skills

Estimating water and mold projects

Understanding of IICRC standards

Direct presentation of estimates

Experience with insurance claims

Proven close rate track record
