Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in restoration/property damage repairs.
• Existing book of business in specified counties preferred.
• Comfortable managing both emergency sales and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and sell restoration services to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and agents.
• Perform on-site damage assessments and prepare estimates.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and assist clients with claims.
