United Water Restoration Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects within Florida. You will manage schedules, budgets, scope, and quality, acting as the client-facing executive for multiple jobs and coordinating production teams.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration/construction PM, strong leadership, and proficiency with Xactimate and scheduling tools. A comprehensive benefits package is included along with a company vehicle and expense account.

Qualifications

• 3+ years restoration/construction project management experience; large general contractors or commercial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in restoration.
• Knowledge and use of Xactimate, negotiations with insurance providers (adjusters, etc).
• Strong scheduling process knowledge and software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee communication, scheduling, budget, scope, and quality for restoration projects.
• Serve as client account executive for multiple projects and review restoration estimates.
• Lead production teams including responders, superintendents, vendors, and clients.
• Prepare rough project estimates and monitor expenses to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Review vendor proposals and manage buyout to achieve target margins.
• Track costs, ensure margin delivery, and manage contract financials.
• Approve delivery of handoff packages and enforce SOP compliance.
• Monitor and report costs and schedules, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Build positive relationships with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers; visit sites monthly.
