Job summary

United Water Restoration Group is seeking an experienced estimator with a background in insurance restoration to work closely with clients, customers, and subcontractors. You will estimate the scope of multiple projects using Xactimate while following our guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational and planning skills, capable of managing workload and schedules. This role also includes field and sales responsibilities to support our administrative staff and

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience using Xactimate.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Managers, Emergency Services, and customers to estimate new restoration projects.
• Conduct inspections, sketches, and accurate scopes for residential and commercial projects using the preferred software.
• Create detailed and profitable job estimates.
• Communicate and document change orders and supplements with all involved parties.
• Identify and resolve barriers to completing projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate project details with Project Manager and maintain customer communication.
