Job summary

United Water Restoration Group is seeking an experienced estimator with a background in insurance restoration to work closely with clients, customers, and subcontractors. You will estimate the scope of multiple projects using Xactimate while following our guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational and planning skills, capable of managing workload and schedules. This role also includes field and sales responsibilities to support our administrative staff and

Qualifications

1 year of experience using Xactimate.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Production Managers, Emergency Services, and customers to estimate new restoration projects.
Conduct inspections, sketches, and accurate scopes for residential and commercial projects using the preferred software.
Create detailed and profitable job estimates.
Communicate and document change orders and supplements with all involved parties.
Identify and resolve barriers to completing projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate project details with Project Manager and maintain customer communication.
