SERVPRO Team JRF in Salem, MA seeks a Restoration / Mitigation Project Manager to own a portfolio of Massachusetts jobs, directing field crews, communicating with insurance adjusters, and negotiating scopes with carriers. This is a senior role for experienced professionals who can drive projects on time, on budget, and to standard.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on restoration project mgmt.
• Experience writing/managing Xactimate or Symbility estimates.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500 (WRT) and S520 (AMRT) standards.
• Experience managing insurance adjuster and TPA relationships.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsabilidades

• Manage water damage mitigation, fire/smoke restoration, and mold remediation projects from initial response through job close
• Serve as the primary contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and TPAs throughout the project lifecycle
• Write, submit, and negotiate Xactimate and Symbility scopes, supplements, and change orders
• Schedule, direct, and supervise field crews and subcontractors across active Massachusetts job sites
• Conduct moisture mapping, psychrometric readings, and daily monitoring documentation on mitigation jobs
• Ensure all work meets IICRC S500 and S520 standards and carrier program requirements
• Maintain complete, real-time job documentation: photos, moisture readings, daily logs, authorizations, and certificates of completion
• Communicate proactively with adjusters and TPAs to move files forward and avoid approval delays
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs to protect job-level gross margin
• Identify and capture supplemental scope on active jobs
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergency response
