Job summary

Unlimited Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Operations to lead full-cycle restoration projects in the DC Metro market. You will scope, estimate, and manage production from first contact to close, including overseeing a small crew.

This role blends field leadership with business development to diversify accounts and grow market capacity. Responsibilities include writing estimates with Xactimate, managing mitigation and reconstruction work cradle to grave, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial construction, with direct estimating responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience running jobs cradle to grave across mitigation and reconstruction.
• Ability to independently write scopes and estimates (Xactimate or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming job leads and conduct timely on-site inspections; own scope development from first contact through job completion.
• Write estimates using Xactimate across full scope: water, mold, biohazard, cleaning, reconstruction.
• Manage full job lifecycle from inspection to final close; no hand-offs between PMs.
• Oversee day-to-day field crew work, assign tasks, monitor quality, provide feedback.
• Maintain relationships with commercial/institutional accounts; pursue self-generated leads.
• Track job status, documentation, and financials in company systems.
