Unlimited Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Operations to drive full-cycle restoration projects in the DC Metro market. You will own scopes, estimates, and production from first call to close, while overseeing a small on-site crew and coordinating with market leadership.

The role emphasizes cradle-to-grave accountability across mitigation and reconstruction, growth of market accounts, and development into future market leadership as DC Metro scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PM experience in restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial construction.
• Experience running both mitigation and reconstruction cradle-to-grave on the same file.
• Ability to independently write scopes and estimates (Xactimate or equivalent).
• Experience managing commercial/institutional accounts (property management, healthcare, hospitality, education).
• Driver's license and ability to travel locally to DC metro area.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming job leads and conduct timely on-site inspections; develop scope from first contact through completion.
• Independently write estimates across full scope spectrum using Xactimate or equivalent.
• Own cradle-to-grave management of each project from mitigation through reconstruction.
• Directly oversee a small crew of URI technicians (up to 3).
• Maintain relationships with commercial/institutional accounts and drive new business.
