Job summary

Unlimited Restoration, Inc. (URI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Operations for the DC Metro market. This role covers the full mitigation and reconstruction lifecycle, from first call through closeout, with ownership of each job from cradle to grave.

The successful candidate will oversee a small URI technician crew (up to 3), drive self-generated business development, and collaborate with the Market Lead to scale operations in the DC Metro market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in restoration, disaster recovery, or commercial construction with direct estimating responsibility.
• Experience running jobs cradle to grave across mitigation and reconstruction on the same file.

Responsibilities

• Own full job lifecycle from inspection to closeout, across mitigation and reconstruction.
• Write scopes and estimates using Xactimate or equivalent.
• Oversee a small crew and coordinate daily workload and quality.
• Develop and grow relationships with commercial/institutional accounts.
• Prospect for new business through self-generated leads and facilities management networks.
• Report job status and finances in company systems and support timely collections.
• Coordinate with Market Lead on lead assignment and market capacity.
