Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead seven distinct concepts across Akira Back, The Landing, The Lounge, Wildwood, Dear Josephine, Moonshack, and In-Room Dining, including Banquets. The role drives guest experiences, financial performance, and operational excellence in a luxury Montana resort.

The candidate will oversee strategic direction, staffing, budgeting, and revenue growth while maintaining the resort’s high standards of service and local sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience.
• Previous experience leading multiple Food & Beverage outlets in a luxury hotel or resort operation.
• Proven success in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, colleagues, leaders, ownership, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the resort’s Food & Beverage operation, overseeing seven distinct concepts.
• Lead the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage operations adhere to established resort standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the resort, remaining accessible to guests, colleagues, and leaders.
• Develop systems to capture, communicate, and deliver on individual guest preferences and dietary needs.
