Soap Creek Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Reston, VA. You will lead ground-up restaurant and retail builds, managing multiple projects, schedules, and budgets with hybrid work flexibility.

Candidates must have demonstrated ground-up and tenant build-out experience in restaurant and retail spaces. Strong leadership, blueprint reading, and PM software skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience reading complex blueprints and coordinating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle construction for restaurant and retail projects within schedule and budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor expenses and enforce cost-control measures to stay within budget.
• Review and execute project blueprints and architectural designs.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies with PM software.
• Lead meetings with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
