Job summary

Htprof seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager in Reston, VA, to lead multiple ground-up restaurant and retail builds. Hybrid work is available, with direct-hire status. Candidates must have proven experience with ground-up and tenant build-outs and manage projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing schedules, budgets, safety, and quality, as well as coordinating with contractors and clients to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications
