Job summary

ezCater is the leading food tech platform for workplaces in the US, connecting organizations with over 125,000 restaurants nationwide. We are seeking a Senior Analyst in our Product Analytics team to transform data into actionable product insights that drive growth and user impact.

You’ll partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to shape analytics strategy, design experiments, and measure funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in product analytics or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills and Python for analytics and modeling.
• Experience with site analytics and experimental test design.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma.
• Able to communicate insights across audiences.
• Independent worker with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic direction across product and finance.
• Analyze product and site funnel to identify friction and opportunities.
• Quantify opportunities with PMs/engineers and define success metrics.
• Design and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandit) for impact.
• Use data and models to uncover customer insights and drive strategy.
• Root-cause changes to improve north star metrics.
• Improve data quality and governance with data platform peers.
• Leverage AI to speed analytics throughput.
• Share domain expertise and mentor peers.
