Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food and beverage, bar, bowling operations, and arcade across all shifts. You will flex into any role the floor needs and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will recruit, train, and schedule hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure operational readiness for high-volume shifts. A floor-first leadership approach with a strong guest focus is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build consistent teams.
• Experience training hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with strong guest focus.
• Strong financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade; maintain service flow and hospitality standards.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support.
• Recruit, train, and schedule teams to meet company standards and guest expectations.
• Own labor management, cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets.
• Support FOH/BOH on the floor and resolve guest issues in real time; uphold accountability.
