• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor.
• Assist the General Manager with invoices, reporting, and payroll-related duties in line with policies.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service; investigate and respond to complaints and turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts: daily decision making, scheduling, planning, and ensuring high quality of food and service.
• Provide direction to employees, give ongoing feedback, set performance expectations, and conduct reviews.
