Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style and a 'Do Whatever It Takes' attitude.
• Leads and motivates staff to ensure cost control and efficient labor management.
• Inspects the establishment and monitors staff and guests to comply with occupational, health, safety standards and liquor regulations.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash reimbursements, and payroll records.
