Landry's in Rockwall, Texas is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a high-volume dining operation. You will drive sales while controlling costs, oversee invoices and payroll, and ensure exceptional guest service.

You will mentor staff and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a minimum of 2+ years in senior restaurant management, with strong front-of-house and financial skills, a stable work history, and a proven ability to develop teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level management experience in a full-service, high-volume dining establishment.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs across food, beverage, supply, utility and labor.
• Assist the General Manager with financial (invoices, reporting) and payroll related administrative duties.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas; investigate and respond to complaints to turn guests into return customers.
• Manage shifts, including scheduling, planning, and maintaining high quality food and service.
• Provide direction to employees and conduct performance reviews.
