Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience
• ServSafe certification preferred or able to obtain
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage costs and inventory.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and overall quality.
